Our therapists and life counselors are all trained to offer a variety of contemporary techniques in the approaches to your therapy and/or recovery. Together we tailor our treatment plans based on your individual needs.

Mindfulness-Based therapy , which encourages clients to cultivate a calm and compassionate mindset through a greater sense of awareness in each moment.

Cognitive Behavioral methods, to help clients understand how their thoughts, feelings, body responses, and behaviors are linked – and how they can actively create new patterns of thinking and feeling. Particularly useful for anxiety, anger and stress.

One on One Psychotherapy and Counseling to provide much deeper insight into the conscious and unconscious decisions one makes in their lives – decisions which are often rooted in an individual’s history, and may no longer serve them in the present.
