Associates
for Life Enhancement, Inc. will help your organization develop a comprehensive
anti-violence policy for your organization, create a master plan for implementation of risk reduction strategies and develop a
comprehensive management and supervisor-training plan based upon
identified needs and selected program components.
The
training series is a key component in an effective plan. The goals of the
training process are to:

Ensure
that all staff is aware of the organization’s
policies and procedures for prevention of
violence in the workplace.

Identify
management and staff roles in prevention
of workplace violence.

Identify
steps to prevent and respond to the
threat of workplace violence.

Train
staff on how to protect themselves in violent situations.
Violence
in the workplace is increasing the need for Critical Incident Stress Debriefing
(CISD) services. ALE is available and responsive to critical incidents.
Our trained staff members are able to provide critical incident stress
debriefing sessions for affected employees.
This includes helping employees ameliorate symptoms and empower workers
to regain a sense of control over their lives again. ALE also offers an
Aggression Management Training Program geared toward establishing a deeper sense
of teamwork, trust and interdependence among staff.
Incorporating Workplace Violence Prevention and Aggression Management
Trainings will decrease potential liability from litigation related to workplace
violence and aggression.
